A 5-Minute Spring Tablescape
Hello Friends! Today I am sharing a 5-minute spring tablescape with loads of charm!

The 5-minute touch of Spring tablescape is so easy and took literally minutes to add Spring and charm.

This all started with two bundles of tulips from the grocery store that cost around $9.00 and a wooden box from my stash.
Rustic Wooden Box for a 5 Minute Spring Tablescape
Where do I begin? I love things with rustic charm, and this wooden box just fit the bill. I have had it for a while and actually got it from my husband. In the early days it held some rusty tire chains. With a little coaxing he relinquished it.

Of course I had to clean it up. I used soap and water, a scrub brush and some sunshine to dry. I then grabbed a bit of stain and black paint for the inside of the bottom for additional refreshing. Then I felt like it was worth coming in the house.

The Little Details
I might say I kind of have a thing for wooden boxes. Big chunky ones, small delicate ones.
I am not picky about their size or if they are very worn~ I just love them. This one comes with little details. The details include galvanized metal brackets on the ends to help hold it together and signs or symbols. You be the judge.

While exploring the meaning of the 1000 Kg it is commonly called “a tonne” or also a metric ton. Known widely and internationally for trade and shipping. Possibly a little unbelievable for this little wooden box.
I kind of think the details are perfect and add to its rustic charm. Now that you know the story of the wooden box let’s get back to a 5-minute spring Tablescape.

5-Minute Spring Tablescape
So, I thought I would share a simple easy way to create big Spring impact in just a few minutes. I know… for all of you English majors and language Gurus let’s just get this out of the way. Yes, I used “simple, easy” all in one sentence. Guilty! However, easy and simple are part of the 5-minute job.

Spring Tulips
With a couple of bundles of spring tulips in simple jars of water the wooden box becomes the perfect container for a floral arrangement. It offers a timeless, natural backdrop enhancing the greens, the blooms, for simple seasonal decor. Perfect for a table centerpiece, styled on a buffet, entryway table, or even a mantle.

I’m not sure whether to call this spring décor arrangement in my rustic wooden box an upcycle or reclaimed decor piece. However, I do think it got a little refining with stain, paint and pretty tulips. The rustic wooden box adds charm to the home decor, from vintage farmhouse and more. It just might be a charming way to infuse personality and warmth into your living spaces.
I hope you have enjoyed my rustic and refound upcycled 5-minute spring tablescape styling. Thanks for stopping by.
