A DIY Fall Witches’ Broom
A fall cinnamon scented broom dressed in dried florals – a simple DIY. This DIY fall witches’ broom was purchased at Home Depot and adorned with dried flowers. It has now become an Autumn swag hanging on a mirror.
I’ve always had a love for Halloween. I like to keep it not so creepy, but on the fun side. I will bring out a few skeletons, flickering candles, maybe a small ghoul or two, but let’s creep it real! A witch’s broom is just another way to add some Halloween charm.

Aromatic Cinnamon Broom with Fall Dried Flowers
It began as a long-handled brush of bristles & twigs. Why not make it pretty? While the aroma of cinnamon was strong, yet I sensed it lacked something. I had received a small bouquet from the Mr. The small flower bouquet dried and still looking as vibrant dried as they did fresh, made me want to preserve them. That’s when I spotted the cinnamon broom and realized it would complement my dried floral arrangement perfectly.

Dried floral Autumn Witches Broom
Creating a DIY fall witches broom with dried floral is a project that is super simple to do and so easy to customize as well. I used the flowers from the bouquet my hubby brought home and a vine from my yard and simply attached them to the broom with floral wire, a bit of hot glue and added a pretty touch of golden ribbon to match the sunny yellow sun flowers.

DIY – Witch’s Broom Adorned with Beautiful, Dried Florals
The flowers in the bouquet include 1/2 dozen small tea roses, baby’s breath, 2 small sunflowers, a vine from my yard’s Virginia Creeper and a lily. Just a small bouquet, but vibrant and pretty. Just the right number of florals for this witch’s broom. Maybe you can clip flowers from your garden. Maybe some simple long grasses, wheat, etc. I’m sure anything goes!
