A Spooky Charcuterie Board
Treats on repeat and so easy to create. A Halloween charcuterie board is a great last-minute snack and treat board to put together and set out for guests to enjoy.
Halloween Charcuterie Board
You can add whatever you like to a charcuterie board for your guests to enjoy. It’s all about the nibbles and bits and how you customize. This board was set up in about 10 minutes – that includes washing and drying the fruit. This board has sweets and treats, fruit, salami and cheese and crackers. A perfect mingle of this and that for snacking.
Here’s the contents of this board:
- 3 types of cheeses – Brie, Pepper jack, and Colby jack cheese
- Salami
- Ritz crackers
- Multi-grain crackers
- Triscuit
- Purple grapes
- Pears
- sliced oranges
- Blackberries
- Peanut Butter Cup Pumpkins
I simply arranged the items to be eaten together and arranged the rest for eye appeal. Definite score is to add a sweet treat – the Peanut Butter cup pumpkins. You may add more of these items depending on how large your board is and how many guests you are serving. I kept it simple for a luncheon for two.
Spooky Extras
Something to set the mood were the added candles. Tea lights in apples and a dramatic, melting-wax candle prop. For a little ‘spookier’ appeal, a skeleton hand was added.
I kept this simple, easy and fast. Just use some creativity with what you have on hand you can have fun with kids and adults. Even my husband laughed.
