Here at Rustic and Refound we have created Rustic Illuminations – candles that make everything welcome and inviting – probably a better term would be charming. Candles warm the heart and lighten the spirit with their soothing glow. Candles cast a festive glow on chilly evenings. Arranging candles can set the desired mood. I’ve been creating handmade candles for the home with beautiful and soothing fragrances. This is a curated line of candles with vintage and unique vessels. Current scents are citrus, lemon and eucalyptus, rosemary & sage, and tobacco bark – a warm combination of oils.

At Rustic Illuminations, I am committed to all-natural quality. Every candle is crafted from the finest materials, featuring all-natural soy wax, cotton wicks and premium fragrance oils. Each one is hand-poured by myself, Tammy, in the comfort of my home at Rustic and Refound.
Found Vintage & Unique Vessels
Antiques & vintage is a family tradition for me the owner of Rustic & Refound. While growing up I often found vintage items beautiful and interesting with wonderful stories attached from decades past. My profound appreciation for vintage treasures was cultivated by my mother and two sisters. Treasure hunting trips were often fun family outings.
Fast forward to today, my love for all things candle, candle holders has brought me to search for vintage and unique vessels for the home enthusiast who loves and collects all things vintage and cozy candles. I love the idea of connecting my home to a feel-good style as well as connecting the senses to an aesthetically pleasing candle. Please note: Since they are vintage vessels, some bottoms may be irregular in shape along with other minor irregularities. Once the candle has burned down, you can repurpose the vessel for various home decoration projects after cleaning it out.
There is just something about the ambiance of a beautiful candle burning in the evening to add warmth and coziness.
Tip – Remember to trim your wicks to 1/4 of an inch and to never leave unattended. For best results your candle should burn for an hour + and no longer than 4 hours
