A Cozy Autumn with Mums & DIY Leaf Luminaries on the Table
Mums the Word this Season
Can you believe that October is gone. One more day. Happy Halloween Eve! I want to share a cozy autumn on the table with mums, wee pumpkins, and DIY leaf luminaries.
There’s nothing more welcoming than a rustic tablescape surrounded by pumpkins and mums to celebrate all things autumn. This table is all about a cozy autumn with mums on the table.
Chrysanthemum Love
I love incorporating natural elements into my home. With pumpkins and an arrangement of mums, what more do you need? You know I do love those bold oranges and purples of other chrysanthemums, but these variegated pink and white mums had me at hello. The mums just add to this simple look on the dining room table- it is all about big potted mums, wee heirloom pumpkins and candles. I do love my flowers and a cozy autumn on the table with mums and leaf luminaries.
How can you go wrong with a large bunch of flowers that cost $6.97. I gave them a good soaking and put them in a basket. I would say these mums are all dressed up and ready to be the star of my fall buffet table!
Easy Decorating for the Autumn Season.
It is all about creating a setting that fuels you and your creative and cozy feelings this season. Though I didn’t set the table for this post- I did pull out some of my go to favorites for creating a sweet place setting that have an abundance of charm. The vintage silver flatware is so pretty. I love the details. The bowls are also always a repeat favorite with their ruffled edge and the checked napkins add a beautiful warm touch.
Added Stemware
Glass stemware with a simple gold rim looked simple and perfect for an autumn setting. I bumped into them while out on a thrifting adventure. Vintage or new… I didn’t want to part with them.
