Starbucks Copycat Pink Drink
Starbucks Copycat Pink Drink was my favorite summer drink. Although, Fall has arrived, yet the warm weather lingers. It’s still the perfect time to savor a favorite fruity drink that’s free of caffeine.

If you love the Starbucks Copycat Pink Drink, this copycat is about to become your new 5-minute habit. The Pink Drink is Starbucks’ wildly popular strawberry refresher drink. I made mine with fruity Ocean Spray White Cran-Strawberry Juice, creamy coconut milk, a swirl of strawberry flavored syrup, and fresh strawberry slices served over ice. It’s light, slightly sweet, and a little tart, with a creamy coconut finish that tastes like a treat without being heavy.

This Is How I made Starbucks Pink Drink

Ingredients You’ll Need:
Coconut Milk: 6–8 oz unsweetened or sweetened coconut milk. Adds creaminess for a standard refresher for a richer, dairy-free texture.
Ocean Spray White Cran-Strawberry Juice: 6 to 8 ounces of chilled juice. White Cran-Strawberry juice is a classic choice for a base, while other white cranberry juices might work, they might not have the same look or flavor. I haven’t used another juice so I cannot recommend others.
Fresh Strawberries: 2-3 Fresh strawberries sliced to enhance flavor, texture, and visual appeal.
Ice: Keeps the drink chilled and refreshing
Strawberry Syrup: 2–3 tsp strawberry syrup swirled around the inside of the glass prior to adding coconut milk.

Directions:
Step 1 – Chill everything — juice, coconut milk, and strawberries for best flavor.
Step 2 – Swirl the strawberry syrup around the inside of the glass. (Optional)
Step 3 – Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
Step 4 – Pour in the juice (4 -6 oz) over the ice.
Step 5 – Gently pour in the 6oz of coconut milk, keeping the pink color visible. You can adjust the ratio of coconut milk to create a richer creamier drink.
Step 6 – Stir gently with a long spoon to blend without disturbing the strawberry syrup.
Step 7 – Add strawberries — Slice on top for a fresh pop of color.
Step 8 – Enjoy!
This Starbucks Pink Drink recipe makes one serving, ideal for a solo treat, and takes less than two minutes to prepare.
Is there a way to make this Starbucks copycat Pink Drink less sweet?
Absolutely! You can add less strawberry syrup to the glass, dilute the juice slightly with sparkling water or use unsweetened coconut milk which would lower the overall sweetness without losing the creamy texture and flavor.

Beyond its delicious flavor, this recipe is wonderfully simple to make, which is something I truly enjoy, especially since I don’t live close to a Starbucks for my treat. To recreate this drink, It takes only a few minutes and needs just a handful of basic ingredients, so it’s easy to have ready whenever the craving strikes. Its highly cost-effective saving money per glass and the cost of gasoline to drive to the nearest barista. The Starbucks copycat pink drink is ideal for laid-back afternoons, spontaneous get-togethers, or whenever I’m in the mood for a sweet, cool, and comforting drink. Honestly, its appearance and taste never fail to impress, making it a favorite every time.
