A Simple Easter Table
Happy April! There is something to be said for a simple Easter table. While I’m not always drawn to the simplest things, sometimes small gatherings are truly beautiful and inspire me to capture a few photos.

Papier Mache’ eggs, a stack of simple white plates, vintage flatware, soft pink linen napkins, and a small stem of blooms from a flowering shrub can just be what inspires.

Dishes stacked on the table replace formal place settings, with assorted flatware—polished or not.
are perfect either way…

Centerpiece
A centerpiece designed and created from handcrafted papier mache’ eggs and cut flowering branches for a simple Easter table. Not a large centerpiece just a few branches gathered from a flowering shrub in simple vases and Paper Mache’ eggs displayed on a vintage white runner for the perfect centerpiece.

Papier Mache Eggs
An uncluttered centerpiece of papier mache’ eggs crafted from strips of paper, worked and mottled with paints to give it a timeless charm. No two are alike, beautifully misshapen by my hands creating an instant heirloom, Easter.

Papier Mache’ Eggs in a Bowl for a Simple Easter Table
Papier-mâché eggs will make a great centerpiece piled in a display bowl on your dining table. Papier-mâché or the old tradition of Cartapesta.

Sometimes the vignettes that inspire me and that I love the most are the most simple.
Wishing you and yours a wonderful weekend & Happy Easter!
