A New Year, New Wishes!
Hello friends! I hope your 2025 is off to a good start. It’s a New Year, New Wishes! New Years Eve is a time for reflecting on the year and looking ahead to a new one. It is a time when we set goals and dreams and make a plan to work towards them.
We don’t usually go out and do anything big on NYE- it is usually a night of staying in cozying up by the fire watching a movie. This year a bit of an exception. Staying in with a fun table set for a few friends. I set the table with gold, silver, twinkle lights, candlelight, and things with sparkle and shine.
DIY Snowflakes
Snowflakes made from white paper bags – lunch size bags.
NYE Table
In the center of the table is a pretty large silver tray covered with faux snow and a silver bowl as an ice bucket for the drinks.
The Midas Touch
Gold is always a good thing- and especially when it is on the table. I am obsessed with that little bit of elegance even the tiniest bit of gold adds for a festive NYE – New Year, New Wishes.
For NYE- think gold rimmed plates and stemware for a bit more on the Midas touch.
Things Glittered
For an added touch of glitz and glam- the letters in CHEERS are sprinkled with glitter for a festive look. Beads and Christmas baubles were also added for glam.

Flickering Candles
A few mercury glass candle sticks, and crystal candle holders dot the table. Candles are always great for ambiance added warmth, charm and elegance.
