Welcome Spring -Easter/Spring Decor
Come on over and see some of my DIY Spring decor ideas and inspiration for your French cottage farmhouse style. By the way… I didn’t use a tray to display the goods, I used a large bread board. It was handmade right here at Rustic and Refound. Let’s welcome spring with some Easter/Spring decor.

Welcome Spring
Well, we still have snow on the ground…but I am continuing to decorate with little spring vignettes, just because it feels so good! I used natural materials such as grapevine to create a wreath to sit around the cabbage ware pitcher, soft muted pastels, a chocolate bunny and a vintage inspired rabbit mold. Pastel shades like soft pink, mint green, and white to reflect the season and align well with spring and the French Country aesthetic. The spring colors can easily be incorporated into table linens, dishware, and other decorations. You can always add a few vintage or antique items to your decor. This could include aged metal candle holders, vintage French tablecloths, or antique porcelain.

Rustic Table Setting
For your Easter decor, set a table that combines elegance with rustic charm. Add vintage or vintage inspired.

Easter Accents
Incorporate Easter accents- such as painted eggs, nests, and bunnies, these can be subtly added to your existing decor. For instance, like a basket as a centerpiece or use bunny figurines, and faux carrots as part of your table setting. Add a candle for additional warmth.

Handcrafted Elements
Embrace the charm of handmade or artisanal items. This could include hand-painted Easter eggs. Add a lace edged flour sack towel for additional softness and charm. These pieces add a personal touch and celebrate craftsmanship, which is at the heart of French Country style.

What I Bought VS How I styled It to Welcome Spring -Easter/Spring Decor
I assembled…some recent collected pieces of cabbage ware, a favorite chocolate rabbit, and an arrangement of realistic faux tulips in a cabbage ware pitcher. I layered in a favorite flour sack towel and a few other Easter items and a candle from Fleur and Flame lemon and thyme scented.

What I bought vs how I styled it. A simple bouquet of faux white tulips were added then it was put in an Easter vignette.

Spring Vignettes
These were some very simple vignettes that I created with many things that I had on hand. The cabbage ware was an add-on. This was put together to reflect the Spring/Easter season and align with the French Country aesthetic.
Happy Monday everyone.
