My Simple Autumn Styling – 2 Ways
Wednesday, October 2, 2019
A simple Autumn styling with the rustic and refound.
A simple autumn vignette on the buffet.
Lets talk about fall.
Fall is colorful falling leaves, crisp fresh air and pumpkins.
I’m tackling all kinds of projects this week,
making my primitive wood pumpkins,
packing up my house,
and maybe decorating my front porch for the last time.
Still loving those bright, bold colors of orange
and copper for my autumn décor.
Today, I combined my blush pink roses from my birthday
and fresh clippings from the yard
all in a rusty bucket.
My rustic and refound wood pumpkins,
candles, vintage silver,
and a quick and easy stenciled sign on the buffet
were included to create an autumn vignette.
An Autumn Vignette Styled 2 Ways
Wood pumpkins, stenciled sign, copper votives, and vintage silver…
Some of my favorite things.
Can’t forgot those blush pink roses in that rusty bucket!
Using my primitive pumpkins from my Rustic and Refound collection.
A Stenciled sign...Punkin’ Patch.
I had a little fun mixing up the bold tones and patterns
as well as the texture from the wood
to the soft blush pink roses.
I’m loving the warm, rich tones of the season.
Loving these bold oranges of the primitive pumpkins,
the copper votives,
and
the shine in the vintage silver and rusty bucket.
And candles!
Did I mention candles?
The warmth of the candles add to the autumn ambiance.
A Primitive Display
I refer to my wood pumpkins as primitive
because of their rough and simple look.
Using the primitive pumpkins mixed with candles
give the vignette a warm and soft feeling to autumn.
Autumn Vignette Style 2
An autumn vignette with a fresher, softer feel with white pumpkins.
This autumn style tends to be soft,
mixed with a bit of bold in my everyday palette.
A couple of white pumpkins and white candles
mixed with the bold and primitive.
A Rustic and Refound styling.
Loving the mix of the traditional fall colors with the blush pink roses and
soft elegance of the white pumpkins.
Using most of the same elements from the first vignette,
but giving this vignette a different look.
I love playing with the bold colors for a bit more pizazz. More oomph.
I definitely walk on the wild side of a more traditional side of autumn.
Not having a fire place mantle, my buffet takes all the heat
when it comes to seasonal decorating.
This plaid throw is ablaze in color and is
ready to cozy up with on those frosty mornings
and chilly evenings.
Happy October Folks!
